Quick Cobbler

I'm so in love with this quick blackberry cobbler I have no words, at the moment.

Original recipe from

my changes:

3 cups frozen blackberries
2/3 cup sugar

2TBSB. melted butter
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup low fat milk
1 cup Bisquick

Preheat oven to 375.
Thaw berries in the microwave (do not drain water), add sugar, mix and set aside.
Mix butter, sugar, milk and bisquick. Pour into greased 8 X 11 baking dish, top with berries and bake for 45 minutes.

Let cool and serve with vanilla ice cream (and if you're feeling really decedent whipped cream).

Note: you can substitute other frozen berries or frozen peaches if you like.
